Aliens, maybe the best Sci-Fi Action Thriller movie ever made, featured the capable, but ultimately doomed, Space Marines. Tough, resilient, well trained, they were nonetheless no match for the movie's aliens. The marines mostly all died; the aliens went on to make two more feature films.
