I’m beginning to feel like I’m taking on journeyman status. I don’t know if I can live up to that. I’ll probably end up a “ jack of all trades, master of none” like that terribly sweet HR lady who smoked a vape told me. I miss that smoking hut. What a cast of characters in these places...

Being a jack of all trades nowadays is better than being a master of one. You can easily improve basic understandings. It's hard to lose your job and start from scratch in another feild.

It's really easy to move around in the company I work for. I have no plans of doing the same thing at the same place with the same people for my whole career

my dad's been an architect for almost 40 years and he's wanted to open a restaurant the entire time he's been an architect. you may find your calling tomorrow and want to follow it. nobody really knows for sure.

I don't think there's a specific cutoff point for searching for a career- - the search ends when one is happy with their career and doing what they want to be doing for a career...
