Yes. I may be lazy, but I'm not that out of shape.

Is being able to do this some sort of feat I should be proud of?
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 12:05:00 AM EST (GMT-5)
... Yes?
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 12:43:44 AM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah. During conditioning for swim I had to run the stairs often. Just walking up them would be nice once in awhile
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 12:49:12 AM EST (GMT-5)
I'd be pretty scared if I couldn't...
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 12:55:25 AM EST (GMT-5)
depending on how long the flight of stairs is. I'm in pretty good shape, though, so I think I could easily run up a few stories without getting winded.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 10:18:33 PM EST (GMT-5)
I am so envious of ya'll. I can't climb a flight of stairs without losing my breath.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Friday 4/30/10 - 10:30:52 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes I can.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 6:02:54 AM EST (GMT-5)
Depends how many stairs and how fast you go really. I can run up my stairs with ease, but at uni when i have to walk up the stairs to the 10th floor, I basically colapse when I get there
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 12:52:50 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yeah and anyone who can't seriously needs to start exercising.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 12:58:53 PM EST (GMT-5)
I can run a good way around the park without getting out of breath- - maybe about a mile it gets hard
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 1:04:56 PM EST (GMT-5)
yeah, although I don't usually go up more than one flight of stairs anymore. all my classes are on the second floor of a building and there are no stairs at my home or work.
however, it only takes a few hundred feet of jogging to give me labored breathing - asthma's a pain...
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 3:27:03 PM EST (GMT-5)
I'm not a smoker, yes.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 4:05:52 PM EST (GMT-5)
i hope. unless it's like a super long flight of stairs.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Saturday 5/1/10 - 10:12:05 PM EST (GMT-5)
Uh, yes?
I walk up three flights of stairs several times a day at school and I don't start feeling out of breath until I reach the third floor.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Sunday 5/2/10 - 3:29:46 AM EST (GMT-5)
The only time I felt seriously out of breath going up stairs (that I can remember) was after the last time I donated blood. My room is on the fourth floor and I was f#cking exhausted by the time I got up there.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Sunday 5/2/10 - 2:32:09 PM EST (GMT-5)
I smoke, and I can run up the stairs with out getting out of breath.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Sunday 5/2/10 - 3:39:31 PM EST (GMT-5)
Not really.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Monday 5/3/10 - 8:28:51 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes.
11 yrs ago, 8 mos ago - Thursday 5/6/10 - 6:31:51 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes. I start getting winded by about the third floor, though.
as someone else mentioned though, I also can't jog too far without losing my breath. Thanks, asthma.
11 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Monday 7/5/10 - 4:31:09 PM EST (GMT-5)
One flight, no problem
11 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Sunday 7/18/10 - 7:03:11 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes, but only since I quit smoking.
11 yrs ago, 2 mos ago - Friday 11/19/10 - 2:27:27 AM EST (GMT-5)
One flight? Yes.
10? Probably not.
8 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Thursday 1/24/13 - 2:55:33 PM EST (GMT-5)
One flight, of course. Even two.
7 yrs ago, 11 mos ago - Friday 1/31/14 - 4:59:11 PM EST (GMT-5)
Yes. When I lived on the 4th floor I'd take the stairs to my apartment most of the time... because I was in good shape, and the elevator was old.

It looked like the elevator in the movie The King's Speech and was probably about as old
