It totally annoys me when people don't listen to me. I really don't like saying I told you so when it could have been avoided if they would only listen to me.

Yeah. The people who I give advice to that don't take it always end up taking someone elses advice and they always end up in terrible situations.

If I give them advice without them asking, they have every right to reject it, so no.
But I hate it when people insit on me giving them honest advice (because they "value my opinion") which they then ignore/disregard because it turned out not to be what they wanted to hear.

Not really. It's their life to do with as they wish. It's kind of annoying when they ask and then totally disregard it everytime, and then come back and complain to you though.

It depends how they reject it. Something like just saying "No thanks" or "I don't think that's such a good idea" I don't care about, but not responding at all would definitely annoy me. Because it's silence, and makes it look like they're not even listening. I hate it when I'm talking and the other person just sits there.

If I bother to give advice, it's because I feel like I have good advice and room to give it. If I feel like they don't understand that about me and don't even listen to my advice, yes, I get annoyed.
Provided I feel like they consider it, though, I am fine with someone not taking my advice.
