If its cosmetic, no one NEEDS it( except maybe burn patients). If you weigh 2000 pounds and get lipo, your still really really unhealthy.

No one needs cosmetic surgery... unless they have been involved in an accident and need reconstructive or cosmetic surgery because of the damage they have done to their face or body. Other than that, cosmetic surgery is the utter quintessence of vanity and superficiality... and as such, it is wrong and immoral.

I don't need it. I'm not happy with my face, but I'm going to live with it. I don't desire to waste money on a new face and go through pain and possibly dangerous procedures that could possibly make me look worse than I looked before.  |

When I personally can afford it, and the time is convientent I want to get a breast reduction because I've had backpains since I was 11 because breasts that are too large for my frame. I get so angry at the girls that go out of their way to get large breats when I would kill to get rid of them.

I'm turning 40 next year - I don't think the years have been too unkind to me so far. The only thing that I've noticed is the elasticity in my skin has changed: I believe that requires botox but there is no way in hell that I'd ever willingly inject botulism into my body, so I guess I'll just have to grow old gracefully.
