I believe that. I had a friend in HS that looked like my twin. Everyone thought we were either the same girl, twins or sisters.

That's Twilight Zone stuff. No, I don't believe that. But, damn it, I'm all alone on this planet with all the books in the world to read and my frigging glasses broke.

not in this universe; i'm sure there is enough variation amongst people to tell the difference between most unrelated folks.

There's at least one person in my area that looks like me, people tell me all the time that they saw me somewhere and it wasn't me! I had friends in high school who went to a different school, which is where my "twin" went. They even told me her name once, but I forget it. I'm kinda curious to meet this person. Anyway, not sure if everyone has one. I think its possible to look very similar to someone else, but not exact. The genetic code and everything would be different no matter what.

No, because if they really did exist, Im sure that there would be documented cases of it by now.

I seriously doubt that there are two exact combinations of the same genes, twice in unrelated families.

Yes, everyone has at LEAST one. We are not as unique as we like to think. Seriously. It's weird. I have a VOICE doppelganger, among other things. I live in China, and on a few occasions, I've heard my voice pronouncing words. The sound came from computers and the occasional electronic translator. It was MY VOICE. Someone would look up a word on their DEVICE, hit the pronunciation button, and MY VOICE would come out, with MY ACCENT, saying the word in question. When I first started at my job, the staff and many of the students froze in their tracks when I spoke. They KNEW me, from the bloody computer program! It was severely WEIRD.
