Yeah, the ex would be bad. They might stir up sh*t that shouldn't be stirred. I don't really see the problem with getting into a fight with another guy. Sometimes it happens. Yeah, if you break your nose, the night is ruined, but still... |

the fight...if i ran into an ex, i'd just ignore him, and if he said something to me, i'd tell him to back off...i don't think i'd be able to handle a fight, and i'd probably hate my date for doing something like that in public.

Fighting ruins the smooth mood you want to have for a date, it's worse then running into an ex. Usually your ex won't say much and will be uncomfortable, then you can state that you really don't care about that person anymore and that the past is buried so you're free.
