What's the point? It's not like the day is gonna go longer. If you wanted 48 hours in a day, then each hour would really be 30 minutes unless you want to count 1 day as 2 days.

No way. I think I secretly have less time than others. How does everyone get things DONE? Then again I have narcolepsy so I probably waste a lot of time trying not to fall asleep.

Expanding on Joe0810Zep's idea, I think we should change time to metric and have 100 hours in a day. 6AM would be 25, Noon would be 50, 6PM would be 75 and midnight would be the witching hour of 100. Each metric hour would be 14.4 english minutes.

....we are passing through one as of yet undetermined period of so called time...and are as a result subject to the occasional light and dark....and periods of rest....how can there be any set period or quantity assigned to something that in many ways exists without definition (time)in terms of a known beginning or end.....this seems to be more of a question of light and dark, activity vs. inactivity, or moments of productive (or unproductive as the case may be) working vs.living...

this is just the right question. . . there really aren't enough hours in the day, time flies too quickly and for people who are busy. . . like me, I have school and then several different band rehearsals, softball conditionings, physical therapy appts, I never have time for myself.

I like that idea GoManGo. No more of this AM/PM stuff. And while we're at it, let's have 10 months per year. And can we do away with daylight savings time too?

I think we should have designated, sacred, sleeping time. For those of us who work wierd hours with call, etc, we would have our own special snooze time.

Fool, there are 24 hours in a "day" because of nature. Granted, it's not naturally 24 hours EVERY day, but that's like... uh, the way it is--- so shutup.

We could slow down the earths rotation so a day took longer. About 30 hours would do me, I think.

We just need enough time for the Earth to spin around.
