That town is the ultimate escape from reality - nothing there is real, it's like a Bizarro world. There are no clocks, it's bright enough to be daytime 24 hours a day, every time you turn there is someone wanting to serve you in any way possible, and you can walk down the street drinking and looking at cinema for adult viewing and it's normal. It's loud and bright and fake and I love it :D
