but remember what he used to be like always chasing the popular vote? I'm sure everything he does is for the right reasons and not to gain popularity in America especially when it means losing it at home.

...well, he did and then he showed his true colours...I think he has proved himself to be useless, and John Prescott is a thug who should have resigned the day after he punched that bloke in the street.

As an American, I can tell you that Tony Blair barely registers in America as a pop cultural figure. He's already considered to be in line with Bush by the politically-minded, so that's not much more to say. People who like him are people that are for the war, though I doubt they like him for reasons beyond that. He really doesn't get discussed much here.

I think he's pretty popular. I've gone from having no opinion of him to thinking he was basically a "Yes" man to Bush, to thinking he has a little more cajones than that. I still don't have much of an opinion on him. Are the same people who are wondering about American opinions on their PM going to bash America in another thread for having to much of an opinion in other world matters?
19 yrs ago, 7 mos ago - Wednesday 2/19/03 - 4:14:58 AM EST (GMT-5)
if we can--its a good game!!!
19 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Saturday 3/8/03 - 3:07:17 PM EST (GMT-5)

19 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Saturday 3/8/03 - 3:11:55 PM EST (GMT-5)
He isn't even well thought of in the UK...
