We thought that we had two lockdown drills.. but it turned out that one of them wasn't actually a drill.

howderdude.. that's not what our lockdowns are for.. they use lockdown at our school if there is someone on campus with a gun or something else that would cause harm.

We had a drill in my econ class. my econ teacher has this big piece of cardboard in the back of the room that is painted with the American flag. one kid sat down by the wall and hid behind the flag, saying "they won't shoot me through the flag. the symbol of our country will protect me!!!" yeah, he was a little wierd

Yeah they had a few of these drills my junior and senior years, this is when they brought the dogs in too. A coincidence? I think not!

It wasn't a drill. Some guy robbed a convenience store nearby and was armed, dangerous, and onthe run, so we all had to get stuck in our classrooms. Luckily we just came back from swimming so we got the gym.

we had one today... at first some of us thought it was the fire drill, cos we had one a couple of weeks ago (which, surprisingly enough, was actually a bomb scare ) but the teacher told us it was a lockdown
it was sorta unorthodox, cos a kid (we could hear him from upstairs) was going mad, screaming "GET OFF ME, GET OFF ME!!!!!!!!" some teachers eventually got him up to the office... it was really weird

nah, my school doesnt give a flying cause theres nothing worth protecting or saving, including people.
we had bomb scares a few times, but no one really cared. the teachers left the class rooms and the students just kinda trickled out after them.

Yes; about 5 drills since kindergarten and two real ones. Just last week a man had robbed some place downtown and they initiated a lockdown of our school... even though we were about 45 minutes away.

We had a number of drills, and a two or three real lockdowns. Two suicide threats and one fake bomb.

No, just fire drills. The whole kid coming to school with a gun thing was before my time.

No, but once some kid called in a bomb scare, and they had to evacuate the school. They actually found out who it was, and they kicked him out for like a month, then they let him back in for some reason.
