If your answer consists of a simple 'yes' or 'no', you may want to just press the appropriate button rather than spamming up the threads with your non-comment comments...

it adds so much to a neighboorhood to have little kids riding around on their bikes.

Try being me for one day and see if you have the balls not to kill yourself. Oh, I forgot, you're just an alter.

My neighborhood is basically kid free. I don't like it that way. I enjoy all the laughter and youthful innocence of children. I agree with cowdung that I would be opposed to a neighborhood that exerted that kind of dictatorial control over its residents.

Not only do I love kids, but I can't imagine being surrounded by the kind of people who would want to live in a child-free neighborhood. No thanks. And CowDung brought up a good point, I also wouldn't want to live in a neighborhood that imposed such control over the residents. I don't even want to live in a neighborhood with a homeowner's association, let alone a neighborhood where the association has such extreme control over the residents.

It sounds like there would be a homeowner's association involved there, and they are all about imposing control over the residents, and in the most stupid and trivial ways possible. Which means its probably not just keeping out children that they're concerned about, but making sure no one has any decorations on their lawn or has their house painted a "non-regulation" color, or you name it. And besides, as much as I don't like dealing with kids, it's unlikely that they'd actually be that much of a problem, or that you'd even see them that often.
