Good point, they definitely went with them.

Hmm. Where is Sadie? Jojo? Prudence? Didn't they go with them?

Yup, but I remember Prudence wandering off, so I guess the rest did too.

And I thought Max was sexier than Jude anyway.

Me too. I thought Jude was cute, but I liked Max better.

I thought Max looked a little scary in some parts of the movie. And his face was a little too scruffy at the end. At the beginning though, he was so hot!!! I liked Jude better, but then again, I have this thing for cute English boys with adorable accents

This movie was so good in so many ways which is a huge thing for me to say because I usually hate musicals or anything remotely musical-like. I was openly weeping in the theater starting with the protest scene ("Helter Skelter" and "Nothings Going to Change My World") and I never do that (except over the happy parts in kids' movies ).

I can't wait for it to come out on DVD. It would be nice if they would put all the deleted scenes back in it for the DVD release.

I'm probably a creepy old lady for saying this, but Jude was freaking adorable.

I got back from seeing this an hour ago and I can't get Dear Prudence out of my mind - it's stuck on repeat.

I was crying like a baby during
the "let it be" sequence.

I'm an idiot - I knew what I meant but my fingers typed the lyrics instead.....I meant "Helter Skelter" and "Across the Universe" (not Nothing's Going to Change My World).

I loved it so much!!! Not dissapointed at all!
I went to see it with a friend, and she hated it. But then again she knows nothing about the Beatles, so I'm assuming to like this movie you need to love at least some of the Beatles' music.

The scenes with Dr. Robert and Mr.Kite were a bit much. I know it's trying to capture the acid culture at the time, but did it have to come with all the plot holes?

The songs were done perfectly as well, I only had a problem with one or two of them. And I loved the gospel twist they gave to "Let It Be".

Would anyone happen to know when it is coming out in Ireland/the UK?

I looked it up and it said it has been realeased in the UK since late September but I haven't seen any trailers for it and it's in none of the cinema listings. I'm guessing it just says that because the premiere was in England? I'm not sure.

I have no idea when it's supposed to be out in Europe. That's what I had to go through over here too. Everyone had seen it and I had heard it was supposed to be released September 21st but there weren't any trailers or showtimes so I was a little frustrated. Then randomly they started showing the trailer on tv. It came out where I live in early October.

The first 30 minutes of the movie was like "WTF is this all about?"
But the rest was awesome. I liked the special crazy effects.
One question, what song was Lucy singing when her and Jude were dancing then they kissed? I really want to know (more like desperately )

There was a question in the question forum that came around today; "Do you have a comfort movie?"

I said that I think that once this comes out on DVD it will be one of mine. It just has that feeling, you know?

I completely agree. I'm definitely buying this movie when it comes out on DVD. I'll watch it when I'm happy, sad, or mad. It has all the emotions so it's perfect.

I downloaded the soundtrack, and I haven't even seen it. I LOVE the songs, though! People always bitch and moan about how you "just CAN'T remake Beatles songs!" Well, blah blah blah, shut your face. I LOVE it. Simply LOVE it. ERW's voice really, really surprised me. I canNOT wait to see this!!
