Yeah, this really set the standard for human characters interacting with animated ones. There have been so many since then. Was "Mary Poppins" the first? There was one scene like that in there.

The voice for the shoe that got dipped was done by Nancy Cartwright, the voice of Bart Simpson. Just some useless information for you to play with

There was a rumour that Donald Duck used a racial epithet when yelling at Daffy, which was false. There's also a rumour about artists drawing Jessica Rabbit without underwear in some frames. You have to see it frame by frame to notice, and frankly it look like it could be an error more than anything.
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Friday 9/20/02 - 4:00:44 AM EST (GMT-5)
I heard of those too Trav, like that scene where she's thrown out of the car, they say that if you freeze it, you can see that she doesn't have underwear. But I think that's stupid because why waste ink when all you can do is fill that space with black?
18 yrs ago, 10 mos ago - Friday 9/20/02 - 4:23:37 AM EST (GMT-5)
Well, artists have been notorious for playing pranks like that with cartoons. I just don't know if that's the case here.

This movie is a classic!
18 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Wednesday 1/15/03 - 11:22:25 AM EST (GMT-5)
Never forget the first time I saw Jessica...this may have kicked off my infatuations with cartoon females.
18 yrs ago, 6 mos ago - Wednesday 1/15/03 - 12:50:58 PM EST (GMT-5)
Im not really bad, im just drawn that way!
18 yrs ago, 1 mos ago - Monday 6/2/03 - 11:55:46 AM EST (GMT-5)
A funny, innovative movie that I could see 1000 times!
18 yrs ago, 1 mos ago - Monday 6/2/03 - 4:54:03 PM EST (GMT-5)
This was one of my favorite movies when I was a kid, I used to watch it over and over again, until my mom would get annoyed. I haven't watched it in a long time, maybe I should get it out and watch it again.
