Ok, so we've got zombies, samurai, the yakuza, and a cute Japanese girl, can't go wrong, right?
Wrrrrrrong. This movie is just absolute garbage all the way through, except for the occasional funny scene when someone beats someone else with a dead zombie body part, but other than that, please skip this film. I love campy zombie flicks as much as anyone, but was too stupid to even laugh at, and if it wasn't for even crappier movies like House of The Dead, this would be the worst zombie film ever made.
It was great fun. Great cinematography, many hilarious moments, fun fight scenes, and lovely ridiculous gore. I didn't think it was very boring at all, but I always fall for movies like that. It's my weakness.
Problems, however? The acting in some parts wasn't so great and the story is really nothing special, but I somehow didn't care. I liked it.
