I saw half of it and I hated it. Most likely because I read the book first and it is about 100x more funny and 1000x more coherent than this half assed offering was.

the book was NOT coherent at all, nor was it meant to be. the incoherence is by design...to show how truly f*cked up war is. i really want to see an updated remake of this film though.

The book made a hell of a lot more sense than the movie.

I love the book, and the movie didn't disappoint me too much... and I'm with Momus. An updated remake would be awesome.

The book was crystaline compared to the convoluted screenplay. There are some memorable scenes in the film, but without Yosarian's running commentary the film becomes disjointed, where it works splendidly in the book.

I read the book first and I'm glad I did...it was like Cliff Notes for the movie.

This movie is a close first for the suckiest editing just in front of natural born killers.

Read the Book.
