Godzilla (2019): I’m a Toho monster movie fan but I didn’t like this. I kept thinking when is this going to be over. Lots of action, but still boring.
X-Men Dark Phoenix: The first half was slow and boring, but it picked up in the second half.
Jojo Rabbit: This was good. I liked it. It’s the story of a very young Nazi during WW2 who is friends with an imaginary Adolf Hitler.

The Virgin Spring - Swedish film from 1960 - It's very good, but very grim. Can't say much about it without spoiling it.
Purple Noon - French film from 1960 - This was one of the best films I've seen in a long time. A nice suspenseful crime drama.

Just watched Pride & Prejudice (2005). Enjoyed it very much, but I also love Keira Knightly, so it had that going for it from the jump.

Awww...
They depicted crucified monkeys in the new Planet of the Apes movies.
Isn’t that adorable.

And now the monkeys are in a concentration camp.
I’m so proud of how tasteful analogies are these days.
