I finally got up the nerve to watch the rest... I got up to about where Marion first goes to Big Tim's house, and I had to shut it off. I watched from that part to the end and I couldn't stop crying for Sarah. |

I saw this for the first time two nights ago. At first I thought it was going to be one of those movies glorifing drug use. How wrong was I? I didn't think any of the Waynes did serious stuff. Makes me never want to be addicted to anything. This movies should be shown to all teenagers, with a little editing of the sex scene of course. |

What a fu*ked up great film. My sister's friend had me give it a watch. Great movie. Very entertaining, and freaky. I have to say, one of the, or the scariest scenes in any movie (still not sure why) is when Wayans is in the back of the limo or whatever and th guy shoots the guy next to him, and hes running with the camera view looking up at him. Beautiful directing, and scary as hell, and i'm not even sure why. |

I saw this not too long ago & forgot to post about it. Great movie, but extremely depressing, angsty, gritty, bitter, whatever you want to call it. There were seriously NO happy points in this movie. |

I hated this movie when I first saw it, just because it was so disturbing. But the more I talked to people about it, the more I appreciated it for it's cinematography and amazing writing and acting. It's weird, it's one of the first movies that I didn't like the plot to but I end up recommending to people.

I loved this movies, but it wasn't one that I could watch repeatedly. I was way too shaken after it. My first thought was "How could people possibly do drugs after seeing this movie?"

This is probably my favourite movie along with Magnolia and Happiness, amazingly filmed, great story and phenomenal acting from the whole cast. As films go, it doesn't get much better than this.

i agree, this movie kicked so much ass, it was amazing, you don't kick more ass than this.. well, i'm sure some do, but not many. It was so great. Ellen burstyn, i'm sure i spelled that wrong, but she was great. |

Bloody amazing film. It's so brutal. Ellen Burstyn should've kicked Julia Roberts ass at the Oscar, she was flat-out amazing. The rest of the cast were brilliant as well. The style of the film fitted so well with the story that was being told.
