I'm excited about this. My life has been exciting lately. All I've done is quit getting f*cked up and focused on doing something with myself. I haven't smoked any weed in almost three weeks. Mostly because it's not here, but I don't really miss it. I'm drinking a Belgian Session. It's definitely an acquired taste. The first time I had one, it was from a growler, and I poured most of it down the drain. I kinda like this one, though. I brought the lady partner friend to Omaha to meet the family. They all loved her, and she loved them. We hit the zoo, which has changed a lot since I've been there. Somebody tell me something before I babble on some more. |

That's the sort of thing I keep hearing. I don't get the hate. I'm sure there are plenty of rednecks and psychos, but there are also a lot of fun things to do. |

Honestly, I'm just excited to live in a more central location. Grand Forks is so far away from everything, and the ports of travel here suck.

Michigan does have some good breweries. Founder's (I think they are in Grand Rapids) makes some stuff that I enjoy...

Belgian beers tend to be fruitier in taste. I prefered the bitter stuff.
(But they have the best brand names)

While they do have good brand names, Belgian styles tend to use some crazy yeasts that can give it a pretty wide range of flavors that I rarely enjoy in a beer- - fruity, cloves, etc.
