Has anyone seen these three mini series that ran on TV in the mid-80s? This is one historical thing that I've always loved. Patrick Swayze was excellent in the role of Orry Main. David Carradine did play his role well although I just wish he'd been portrayed in a better role than that of a wife-beater. Actually, everybody did a superb job in this even when other actors were brought in to play roles that were played by others (such as that of Billy Hazard). I gave my mom the complete collection for Christmas and we've been watching two episodes a day on the weekends, usually. We're now on episodes three and four of Book II: Love and War.
