Noob is a noun meaning a player who struggles at a game and can't/won't learn.

I know someone who uses it incorrectly as an adjective. He accuses people of "being noob" if they don't answer his deluge of text messages within minutes.

Also, I find it rude to say "Uh" online. The same clown uses "Uh" to tell me I'm wrong.
