WHO and FDA have different purposes. The WHO is looking at a worldwide scope, while the FDA is more limited to what is best for the US.

we have a date. i work for a school so I'll be required to get one. my best guess is i'll feel out of it for a day or two but nothing bad.

I hadn't heard of concerns with a "hyperimmune response" from the booster before, but I suppose it's not much different than how some people had more side effects than others when they got their shots.
