The domestic terrorists in Antifa and Black Lives Matter have accomplished one thing: the most costly riots in the history of our country, reports the far-left Axios.

Property Claim Services, a company that tracks insurance claims filed due to riots and the like, found that the left-wing riots that occurred between May 26 and June 8 of this year could reach $2 billion in insurance claims.

Even according to conservative estimation 2 billion is probably not even close to the cost of 911.

That was an act of war. The Civil War wasn’t considered either.
3 months ago - Friday 2/5/21 - 2:22:15 PM EST (GMT-5)
It was a terrorist attack.
As you choose to talk about "domestic terrorists in Antifa and Black Lives Matter" you should include both or none of them.

Are you condoning either of them?

I'm pointing out that there's an inconsistency. As can be expected from you.

I think there’s a difference between violence carried out by citizens within a country and groups from other countries that may or may not have been funded by countries in that region. I don’t acknowledge an unidentifiable source of violence and don’t believe extremism “is just an idea”.

The title said "manmade damage" the planes didn't hit the towers because the wind was too strong.

That’s what the article I found said. It’s based upon domestic insurance claims. Do you think that 911 was a matter of insurance claims or a nation deciding to kill people and damage the economy of another nation?

No inconsistency- - he's clearly speaking about damages due to rioting, not terror attacks...

...and it seems to be fairly common now to apply the 'terrorist' label to anyone that one wants to demonize. 'Rioting' is not the same thing as 'terrorist attack'.

So the thread should be titled something to do with insurance companies incurring costs as result of BLM. Not that it was the highest man-made damage ever.

I copied it from the Breitbart article. It has a conservative bias. It still has information within the article.

Like the 2nd paragraph of his first post should be the title

it's just your typical BS breitbart article where the headline and the content are completely different accusations. I feel dirty having even clicked it.

you can't quote an article that labels acts as terrorism then complain when people use actual terrorism against it as a comparison.

But people on here were saying things like voice of the unheard.

And the dirty comment.

Yes. Clean unclean. Buried outside the village. We get it.

I watched the Young Turks this morning and I’ve listened to AOC on CNN.

Bias is the rule not the exception.

Posting inflammatory clickbait articles under clickbait headlines will get you shot down every time here. So should know better by now.

The insurance claims are the most ever during something that wasn’t a natural disaster.

It’s still a fact.

Uhhhh pretty sure there are plenty of man-made disasters that have had greater insurance claims

Let's at least go with a normal link for the information...

If you’re interested in facts, the clickbait story you’re posting has some conditions (e.g. cost to insurance companies, property damage, civil unrest, etc.) that make all of the thousands of protests that occurred over 7+ months #1.

There are plenty of more expensive man-made disasters.
3 months ago - Saturday 2/6/21 - 1:04:42 PM EST (GMT-5)
It’s referring to the insurance claims between May 26 - June 8.

It’s from September.

I don’t think civil unrest is stipulated in the claim. It says that riots are covered by insurance and that the total insurance claim caused by people within that time frame is the largest sum in history.
3 months ago - Saturday 2/6/21 - 1:06:55 PM EST (GMT-5)
It’s worse than all the riots in the sixties combined.
3 months ago - Saturday 2/6/21 - 1:13:39 PM EST (GMT-5)
I think it’s telling. I think people have mixed up “civil rights” with baseless claims of legislated progress. False promises of what a politician can do for you. It’s further dividing.
